WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. we recommend that you arrive by 3:30pm to ensure you are able to find parking and comfortably find your seat.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
the dress code is formal - black-tie
WHAT DOES “FORMAL BLACK-TIE” MEAN?
black-tie means that guests are encouraged to wear their most formal attire; evening gown or tuxedo. generally, black tie events are typically more formal than "cocktail attire" or "semi-formal" dress codes. The groom and his wedding party will be dressed in tuxedos with black ties. It is courteous for guests to reflect this level of formality in their own attire.
ARE THERE ANY COLORS OR STYLES YOU’D PERFER ME TO WEAR?
darker hues and more refined colors; such as black, navy, and charcoal, or deeper jewel tones like emerald and burgundy are preferred
CAN I BRING A DATE?
we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
although we love your little ones, with the limited venue space we can only accommodate for those in the wedding. this pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will enjoy a date night on us!
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
we kindly ask that you put your phones or cameras away for the ceremony. we have hired a professional photographer to capture our special moment and don’t want phones in any photos!
HOW DO I RESERVE A ROOM IN THE ROOM BLOCK?
our guests have to call the Wylie Inn front desk directly at 978.867.1800 and mention the Ackerman/McCrone wedding party to be placed in the block at the guaranteed room rate. you will not be offered the block rate if you book online. please note that hotel check-in time for the Wylie Inn is at 3pm
